Prioritize security in team communications with end-to-end encryption. This feature helps in protecting sensitive information while allowing team members to collaborate in a secure environment.
We recognize that teaching our robots to accurately classify a vast array of products—each with its own quirks—is an ambitious challenge. To tackle it effectively, we’re rolling out in phases, beginning with the product categories that generate the highest sales and return volumes
Master shoe inspection: check sole wear to detect use and verify the returned item matches the original—catching any swaps or fraud.
Master handling various garments and assessing their quality for accurate classification
Master handling a range of electronic devices and evaluating their functionality and condition for precise classification.
Advice and answers from the our team.
How does the robot detect wear, damage, or fraud?
High-resolution cameras scan key areas (soles, seams, connectors), while machine-vision algorithms compare the returned item against the original order profile. This lets us spot excessive wear, missing components, or swapped products.
How does integration with the 3PL or warehouse system work?
We'll connect via secure API or direct ERP integration, pulling return orders in real time, pushing back inspection results, and automatically updating your WMS.
What data and format will the quality report include?
You’ll receive a visual, data-driven report per item, complete with annotated photos, pass/fail flags for each inspection checkpoint, and a recommended disposition (discard, refurbish, repackage)
